🛒 Ingredients:
- Meat: 500g boneless chicken thighs (skinless) – breast or a mix also works.
- Marinade: 70ml oil, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, garlic and onion mix, salt and pepper to taste.
- Base: One large onion (cut in half).
- Garnish: French fries (cut), sunflower oil, potato seasoning.
- Assembly: Pita bread, your favorite garlic sauce, roasted peppers, and the roasted onion from the tray.

- The Meat: Mix the chicken thighs well with the oil and all the spices.
- Construction: Take half an onion, place it cut-side down in the tray, insert 2 skewers and stack the meat piece by piece. Place the other half of the onion on top.
