Ingredients

  • 800g puff pastry dough
  • White chocolate spread
  • 1 egg, beaten for finishing

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Unroll the pastry sheet and spread the white chocolate exactly on half of it.
  2. Assembly: Fold the plain half of the dough over the chocolate-spread half.
  3. Dividing: Cut the dough into equal strips using a pastry roller.
  4. Shaping: Take each strip, stretch it slightly, and roll it tightly into a swirl shape.
  5. Baking: Place the swirls on a baking tray with parchment paper and brush with the beaten egg.
  6. Finishing: Bake for 35 minutes at 190°C until golden brown.
